We aim to reply within 1 business day.
When you write in, include (if relevant):
In Falah → Settings → Manage Subscription, or in the iPhone Settings app: [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Falah → Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid auto-renewal.
Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process payments directly.
Sign into the Apple ID that bought the subscription, then open Falah → Settings → Restore Purchases. Within seconds your Pro entitlement reactivates.
If the issue persists, email us with the track name + a screenshot.
Falah → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your library, generated audio, cloned voice, and profile within 30 days. The action cannot be undone.
Once a session is generated, the audio is cached locally and plays without internet. Generating a NEW session requires connectivity (the AI providers run in the cloud).
[whispers]?Those are audio-direction tags for the voice engine. They're stripped before display on most surfaces but a few internal views show them. The voice never reads the brackets aloud.
Yes. Falah is engineered to remain halal-aligned: ambient underlay is natural sound, white/brown/pink noise, or silence — never music with melodic structure. Affirmations avoid shirk-adjacent framings. See the Privacy Policy for full compliance notes.
Apple Sign-In requires iCloud + 2FA on the same Apple ID. If you have multiple Apple IDs, make sure the one signed into the App Store on your phone matches the one you're trying to use with Falah.
The ~30-second sample is uploaded to ElevenLabs to train a clone, then encrypted at rest. Falah never sells or shares your voice. You can delete the clone any time in Settings → Voice → Delete your voice — the deletion cascades to ElevenLabs.
