Welcome to Falah. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Falah mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Falah you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old (or the equivalent age of majority where you live) to use Falah. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent purchases.
Falah generates personalized affirmation audio sessions intended for self-reflection and intentional practice. The Service includes:
Falah is a personal development tool for self-reflection. It is not a medical device. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, mental-health condition, or psychological disorder. Affirmation audio is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
If you are experiencing distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a local emergency service.
Affirmation scripts and synthesized audio are produced by third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI as fallback, ElevenLabs for voice). Output is best-effort and may contain inaccuracies, repetition, or text that does not match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing the script before listening and may regenerate or edit as needed.
By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your goal text and any voice samples solely to generate output for your personal use.
Falah offers three paid tiers via Apple In-App Purchase: Monthly ($9.99/mo), Annual ($59.99/yr), and Lifetime ($129.99 one-time). Monthly includes a 7-day free trial; Annual includes a 14-day free trial; Lifetime has no trial.
Per-tier session quotas (sessions you can generate) and tier mappings are described in the App Store listing and in-app paywall.

Violation may result in suspension, termination, and where appropriate, reporting to platform providers.
The goals, intentions, and voice samples you submit remain your property. We process them only to deliver the Service and only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Generated affirmation scripts and audio files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your subscription. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them in commercial products without separate written permission.
The Falah app, brand, design, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion is available in-app at Settings → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for legitimate business reasons. Where required by law we will provide reasonable prior notice.
Sections that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.
We may update these Terms when the Service, third-party processors, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent local consumer-protection law requires. Otherwise, the laws applicable to the developer's place of business apply.
